Banned for no reason?

I've been playing at the EU server for many months now and I've never had an issue with any of the people playing there or the clan members. Today, I joined a game, it was Creek and just about over. The only thing I got to do was to spawn in, immediately get killed by someone and then the match was over. Then I saw that I got kicked, tried to join back in and it said I was permanently banned...

Your server is one of the best public servers I've come across, but stuff like this really boggles my mind. I ask that you please remove the ban and let me know what I did wrong because to me it seemed like a simple case of hitting the 'banhammer' on the wrong person : /

I have no idea who banned me, it all happened so fast. I was shocked that it even happened. And my name is always been0x.
