Why I am banned?

I think I'm banned unfairly
I have no problem with people, I did not insult, I don't use cheats,wallhacks....
Why I am banned?

When you get banned? Do you remember wich admin ban you ? We need know the reason why you get ban before unban you.

I do not know the day it happened, but I think it was in May ...
A typical day for me is to play an hour in the morning and other hour in the afternoon
I played without any problems in the morning and I exited of the server without being banned, but the afternoon could not access
