I wish to ask for unban on this person. I know his clan and played with them a lot. They are not cheaters and very very strickt about it. If there is any chance to unban this person I thank you in advance.

No banned user has that name, be sure what is his real name when he or she get banned and ofcourse we unbanned him if you know them.
