Team Switching is it a rule?

so in the time that i have been back i have only had 2 problems on the server other than hackers and they are both fucking team switchers
and i'm talking about the assholes at the start of the game who throw a frag at the team switch teams and get about 3 to 7 kills like that
it has happened to me twice and i said kick him but nothing fucking happened and it's not because there was no admin there was both times so i was wondering if it was okay because it's fucking annoying

sure its a reason to ban if there is a admin the on he will get a aban because its not allowed on the server

I didn't even know this was possible, what a sucky and cheap way to get kills!

I think this sort of thing should be discouraged for definite, it is not the right way to play, getting kills should involve skill and planning not exploiting loopholes in the game.

I feel very strongly about this, as well as camping which to be fair I don't see a lot of on 102 server.
