Mike Mangini (Extreme, Annihilator, Steve Vai, Berklee College professor) is the new drummer of Dream Theater and i loved him when i watched him in 2001 during a Steve Vai tour.

Well, Mike Portnoy decided to leave his band after 25 years (he created Dream Theater with Petrucci and Muyng while they were in Berklee College as students in 1985) but he still remains my favorite drummer and i am sure he will come back in several years to see him again performing such difficult and orgasming songs like the Dance of Eternity, back in 99

Yeah it was a close call between minemann and mangini, but they chose mangini because they knew him already from previous projects and jammings.
I like Minemann better, but oh well, they are both gods.
