no more Admins before we have ordered the Server for next year and payed the bill.

max I agree with u on that point, but i want to discuss 1 thing.
dont use admins give like all 102 people the right to kick hackers
not only admins because no one will be online 24/7 and with us all we almost cover 24/7

yes, but Admin is job for good eyes and experiance in detecting hackers.
i never give all 102s rights to ban or only to kick. i see to much members insulting fair players
we will choose admins with thinking about all facts

even admins make mistakes...
so maybe make something like an clear version of pb without xuid's that are all ready banned?
(simple words PB without banned list of cheaters)

aah i got it!

i noticed something good today:) the amount of hackers has decreased! but as always if you play for an hour maybe two you come across 3-4 hackers :S not always but very very often. I don't know if we need another admin or not but it's irritating to play with cheaters... anyway i would like to test a thing if it's ok? if it's not ok, just remove this post or something:P it won't offend me since i'm asking for permision for it and i understand to 100% if you won't allow me.

anyway, i would like the members of the 102 to post the name of the player they think is the most suitable for being an admin. Just to see if the players agree and maybe in future the "chosen" person might be able to help the other admins to clean server from trash:)

and could someone make a list of all admins/server owner/limited admin/mods please? or tell me where i can find that list if it's already on the page

i often think im the only one who is admin sure there are admins on server but not midday just at night or in the late evening the thing is allwas i geting asked and much polayer get angry when i have no time because no admin is online in x fire to contakt or ots not often that there is one onlinei think we just need one who can help me at midday there are alot of cheaters and when i dont have time to ban them they stay on server so max pls think about that pls its important for server and its important for me and for the rest of the admins i think

what i forgot?

our reputation among the players, if you join a server full with hackers i don't think you'll return to it. So to increase the amount of players which joins our server every day we need it to stay clean or at least stay cleaned by an admin 24/7. or at least that would be the best. because if we succeed with that we'll get more players to join as the rumor spreads that we own a hack free server:) and ofc how awesome we are! =^.^=

AH and headshot i can play on cristmas too i think after 9 o clock i can be play and keep server clean i think there are not much player because bad conectzion reason is that we live in diffrent times and in europe all will meet with famili or somthing and but after 9 or maybe 10 i can start my computer and keep server clean doesnt matter for me my grandpa and grandma will be at home at that time becaus e"too late"

and next thing is to max: youre right we need admins who knows when its a cheat sometimes its difficult i knew it i banned player and it wasnt hack later i saw it but with time you know when its one i think when you want to be admin practice to see whats a cheat and see how they play and use the cheats....
... so next yeahr you want to chose new admins ?? ok doesnt matter but pls chose admins where you can say they stay in our clan for long time and will be in here longer and play nearly everyday ( i think we need admins too i wrote it at midday) ok last time it was okay mister come and juli i hope you guys got it what i want because yes i want to keep server clean and i like it but when there is every day at same time a cheater and i want to help everytime thats what pisses me off i want to help if someone needs me so i should ban him ok doesnt matter but i have free time and want to do other things like meet with friends and when i let my computer on this is to allpls dont be mad when im not writing back or there comes no reaction i have a real life sure somtimes i realy play often and im often at the computer but i also have friends and maybe want to see ice hockey game like today ok ok i can make AFK in x fire i forget iot every time BTW Admins pls help me in midday thanks to mister juli ah and mother he helped me too so if we do a great job

or we make a plan wich admin is at what time online or can be online to keep server clean like :

15-17 o clock =Mister
17-19 o clock =julitros
19-21 o clock =Fuck6
and so on maybe that is somthing we can do and we make a playn for a week and if there is a admin who has problem wih one date he can change with a other admin but he needs to talk with him if it is okay can we maybe try somthing like that????

we will make it good as possible! think positive ...but fixing admin time is difficult. we're looking to choose a group of admins which have different times when they play. keep it 24/7 clear is impossible, but we will try to have admins online at the rush hours and the weekends....
but first we have to order the server for next year and i will look for it!
