Doctor need help !!!

ola brothers.. from the beginn a big sry for my english language
my problem is, that my pc is since today at 12 always loading.. but no programm or folder
is open.. i see on the mouse button that he loading and when i open my task i see always when i see the button, that my cpu goes in the high..
i dont know what i must do..
HELP !!!

use program HiJackThis
do a system scan and save log file
then go to www.hijackthis.de
and paste your log and click [Analize]
Then you will see what file is nasty
then mark this file in hijackthis program and click [fix checked]

or send me this log on mail i check it for you

but pain have done for me..
it was antivir
we have delete and now its ok..
