today i just walked into a random game like always in modern warfare 2 in team deathmatch click one death all unlocked unavoidable
and thats how mostly half of my emblems titles and everything else got completed

ow one more thing on the ground war mode 1 of 2 or 3 games are hacking servers thats what i've seen lately so take care playing that, its kinda really insane on the other game modes you dont find this but in ground war its uncontrollable
